Monitor allocated inventory of aircraft parts and make any necessary adjustments. Review backorders and vendor supplied parts. Complete full parts audit twice a year. Reconcile audit and request warranty when and if needed. Train vendor personnel in UPS shipping/receiving, return goods, Haz-Mat, COMAT, direct shipment and how to complete a parts tag.
