Provide feedback and assistance to AMDC personnel for the correction of errors. Monitor movement of AOG parts and communicates the shipping information. Monitor allocated inventory of aircraft parts and make any necessary adjustments. Review backorders and vendor supplied parts. Complete full parts audit twice a year. Reconcile audit and request warranty when and if needed. Train vendor personnel in UPS shipping/receiving, return goods, Haz-Mat, COMAT, direct shipment and how to complete a parts tag.
