OBJECTIVE

I am a friendly loyal and dedicated person who has an ambition to succeed in any given

environment. I am an avid learner and eager to continue my education in the health car field. I am

wellness and quality of life. As an LPN I have worked under the supervision of an RN providing

bedside care, treatment and clinical documentation for patients in skilled and medical surgical units,

as well as with pediatrics. I handled medication administration, dressing changes, IV”s and all other

aspects of nursing care, such as discharges and transfers, prepared chart notes and neurological

assessments and reporting changes to the RN and physicians. I have acquired a large variety of skills

through a wide range of assignments and I feel confident in being able to apply this knowledge and

experience towards the needs of your organization.
