•Established Knoxville Outplacement Office for corporate employees impacted by layoffs. Served as job search and career counsellor, facilitator, events planner and staff manager.
•Facilitated problem solving between concerned members of the public and TVA officials through effective written and oral communications; established data base to trend public opinion and anticipate potential community issues.
•Using assessment data, partnered with senior management to create programs to improve corporate culture and employee performance.
•Created and delivered a learning map experience to 85 percent of TVA’s 13,000+ employees.
•Created Leadership Matters, a regional forum where senior managers presented company goals and performance expectations to first-line supervisors and above.
•Led Federally Employed Women (FEW), an employee resource group for professional development, eventually establishing satellite groups in four locations.
