Design and Creating Database Objects

Cyclone produces invoices for BT Retail and BT Global Service’s international corporate business voice products. Voice calls are received, validated, allocated to customers, priced and then allocated to invoices. Tax, discounts, adjustments, rental charges and credits are then applied as necessary before the invoice is printed and dispatched. Itemized call details are optionally provided in an electronic format. The Graphical User Interface (GUI) user front-end runs under Windows software.

Cyclone supports a complex customer organisation hierarchy in order to cater for multinational customers. Customers may be invoiced in a number of different currencies and languages as required. The discounting structure offers a variety of different configurations in order to provide the customer with the most advantageous options.

In this long run assignment I have been acted many roles in the project like Developer, Configuration Manager, Application DBA, Application Support Group member and lead.

Worked as Team lead in Application support activities and handling user’s queries, solving their functional and operational problems, monitoring, maintaining the application up and running smoothly and providing advance reports to management.
