In addition I have worked in clinics, assessing, assisting with patients of all types and in many capacities. Plus I have long-term care experience, managing staff and patient care.
I have excellent nursing and people skills. I am definitely a patient advocate and patient safety is my priority, as well as adhering to the Mission Statement of the facility.
I keep up with current technology by taking yearly seminars and keeping up my certifications, attending Congress each year and other suitable Surgical Services, Business and Management courses.
