The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain safety, security and control of the facility and residents in accordance with Company policy and contracting agency requirements. This position has first level responsibility for maintaining resident accountability.

Processing the arrival of residents in accordance with established procedures and contract requirements;

Conducting and reporting accurate counts of all residents assigned to the respective facility as directed;

Monitoring surveillance cameras covering the facility and reporting inappropriate movement;

Monitoring the movement of residents and visitors;
