● Took responsibility of 1,500+ lines of unaccounted for repair parts valued at over one million dollars. This included obtaining and developing warehouse space and transportable storage units for the proper storage of the inventory required to support a Marine maintenance unit. Developed a planogram, established a digital inventory location management system using a Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, storing and maintaining the accountability of the repair parts and materials.

● Developed and implemented a tracking system to ensure the timely processing, coordination and completion of over 150 missions assigned to the organization.

● Managed the manpower and resource utilization to support functional training and operational duties of 138 personnel in a marine maintenance company.

● Functioned as the Operations and Training Manager for the U.S. Army Pacific Region Logistics Support Office comprised of over 160 employees providing logistical support to over 10,000 personnel.
