I have 28 years of experience in stores in food and general store.. My job was to provide uninterrupted flow of material in good quantity to the kitchen and other departments. I ensured cleanliness in and around the stock of the stores and there was no non-slow moving or expired items in the stores.

My daily work was to issue and receive materials and to check for the proper stacking of the material. Apart from this making of purchase request for local and imported goods and at times placing an order from stores as and when required. Making of non-moving items report and see to it that it was issued before it is expired.

I have handled setting up of two new stores within my tenure (china kitchen store and an imported store). The last audit of ISO 22000 2005 of my tenure was conducted in March 2017, all of which went well.
