C- 03/ 2007 – 12/ 2009:

Contract and Quantity Survey Manager for:

AEC (Architectural & Engineering Consultants) Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates.

Duties:

Formulate & Review Client- Consultant Contract Agreement.

Coordinate Drawings of architect& Civil along with MEP to be ready to be issued for construction (IFC).

Prepares Bill of Quantity, Cost Estimates & time frame to the project

b- Construction of Equestrian (International Stadium): It contains house building for horses and clinic as well. The Stadium can occupy 10,000 persons.

c- Construction of Cairo Velodrome of open air floor cyclic track stadium with timber floor of Afzelia supported over timber girders. The Stadium can occupy 20,000 persons.

d- Tennis Complex.

e- Olympic Swimming Pool.

2-International Medical Centre near 10th of Ramadan City.

2-5002 Residential Units (222 Buildings) in Nasr City with Tunnel Form System & Precast foam concrete elevation panels. All the general utilities of roadways and services of this complex were done.

3-Woody Co. Factory Project in 10th of Ramadan City. It was built up of steel frames.

H-01/ 1979 - 12/ 1979:
