Marketing: Responsible for the hiring of all executive marketing format and business unit Chief Marketing Officers. I am also responsible for DVP & VP recruitment for executive marketing analytics, online/digital, mobile, content, creative, planning and operations and consumer brands (KCD).

Finance: Responsible for the hiring of all executive finance/confidential openings with an emphasis on business unit Chief Financial Officers and also responsible for DVP & VP recruitment for treasury, internal audit (CAE), and margin.

Online/eCommerce: Responsible for the hiring of all executives within the online/ecommerce business units with an emphasis on technology, marketing, fulfillment/operations, marketplace and merchants.

2015: 32 DVP & above FTE hires; Average TTF of 80 days: Search Fee Avoidance of 3.2M

Specific duties include:

Overseeing daily operations in regards to the identification, screening, interview, hire, pre- employment screening process through on-boarding of new executives into the organization while maintaining reports regarding the daily operations of recruitment and effectiveness of recruitment efforts

Managing the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting. Delivering and negotiating job offers with candidates, including coordination and explanation of salary packages, benefits, and relocation.

Source passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing, and working with external executive search firms when appropriate

Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management

Proactively understand and participate in SHC’s growth strategies and plans. Develop and execute the executive search go-to-market strategy and plan accordingly.

Deliver on executive search plan and commitments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

I reported to the Director of Talent Acquisition and solely responsible for full life cycle recruiting of both technical and non-technical roles within the ServiceLive business unit. Roles included: Sr. Java Developers (J2EE), MySQL DB’s, Release Engineers, Quality & Business Analysis, Project Managers and Training & Development.

Special Projects:

Filled my first two SHC Executive roles (Chief Online Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Auto) successfully within 90 days.

Lead the staffing project for the newly created SHC Learning & Development Team with a focus on Learning Management Systems (LMS). I staffed a team of 11, ranging from the L&D Director to Learning Systems & Operations in less than 6 months.
