From there I assisted at the building inspection office with the overload of phone calls regarding permits to fix damage from hail storm which included answering multiple phone lines, assisting customers on the phone and in person. Worked about 2 months there until the chaos slowed enough for the office staff there to take the phone calls. My building was still not repaired so I moved to the Rec Ctr being a Rec Monitor where again answering muliple phone lines answering questions re: activities and classes. Also assisted guests who come into the rec ctr to fill out proper paperwork, take payments for classes, filing of contracts and assist the guest with gym equipment.

I have been in customer service all my adult working life. Also in June 1990 – July 2000 I owned and operated A Plus Answering Service 301 Spanish Ave., Granbury, Texas
Started the company from ground up but lost the company in my divorce. I did all the a/r, a/p, billing, complaint dept, human resources and advertising, along with answer the phone daily 8-12 hour shifts. I enjoying all aspects of customer service!
