We resolve MV4016, MV4017, and MV3029 suspension orders that error out of the URCL system. This process includes contacting courts, and law enforcement agencies to resolve issues. We create tracking logs for out-of-state convictions and withdrawal letters. We assist law enforcement agencies with notice of intend to revoke by looking up customers, or creating new customer records. We process and update driver records with out-of-state convictions. We assist the courts and law enforcement agencies conduct business with Wisconsin Department of Transportation by maintaining BFUNC (business functions) programs. We audit convictions coded on driver records by colleagues to insure accuracy and compliance.
