Deputy Chief Electrical Engineer - assists chief engineer in project personnel assignment, preparation and manage department budget and performs off-project technical reviews. Also responsible for resource planning, technical support, automation, evaluation of both in-house and third party engineering application programs, preparation of training materials, and conducting technical training sessions for discipline employees. Duties include update personnel assignments, review project design documents, preparation of department work process diagrams, discipline automation plans, department budgets and providing automation and technical supports for all Bechtel Houston projects. Also the User Product Manager (UPM) for in-house electrical application programs, MTO and SETROUTE and third party application program SKM PowerTools and SmartPlant Electrical.
