Presently Working as a NDT Engineer in TURBO JET ENGINE (HYD) Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad India. From Dated 01-NOV-2015 to till Date with the following job responsibilities

Establishment of aircraft wheels & brake shop, oxygen shop, battery shop, propeller overhauling shop (MRO) for Turbo Jet Engine (HYD) Pvt. Ltd for all Commercial, Private & Cargo Aircraft.

Responsible for identifying new business opportunity and relationship, system and shop design.

Dealing with manufacture for the procurement and installation of new test bench and ground support equipments for the set-ups of the back shops.

Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.

Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection.

To carry out Fluorescent Penetrant Testing up to level-3 sensitivity.

Prepared reports ET, MPI and FPI.

Visual inspection of wheel hubs, brakes and other miscellaneous components.

Computerized report preparations by using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

3 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE as NDT Engineer in HORIZON AEROSPACE (INDIA) PVT LTD, New Delhi (WHEELS & BRAKE MRO Approved by DGCA & EASA from dated (01-12-2012 to 30-10-2015), Working experience in detail with the following detail.

Eddy Current Inspection, Conductivity Test, Liquid Penetrant Testing and Magnetic Particle Testing, on aircraft Brake, wheel hubs, Engine Mounting Bolts, Propeller and other miscellaneous components.

Repair and Overhaul of Main Wheel, Nose Wheel & Brake Assembly with the fallowing Aircraft.
