Designed and Developed Analytic Reports – Northwestern 2015
Developed statistical reports to support value-based driven healthcare processes through quality measures that assessed performance in patient safety, risk, utilization and inpatient quality care. Exported data to CSV file from Oracle Apex database using a PLSQL script. Imported that data into SAS to create summary and graphical reports demonstrating factors of influence through logistic regression and other statistical analysis.
Designed and Developed a Medical Records System – Northwestern 2014
Designed and developed a functional and user-friendly medical records system to support evidenced-based blood pressure treatment protocols. The database was designed based on the relational database model utilizing MySQL. Web-based programming languages included PHP, HTML, and CSS.
Design & Development of Technology Based Learning system – DePaul 2013
Designed and developed technology based learning system for an e-learning course in building a relational database model. Utilized HCI principles to establish requirements for system, as well as interface design and layout. Also, created the course plan and established the course objectives based on theories and models of human perception and cognition as they apply to learning. Learning system was developed using a combination of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server backend database system.
Redesign of Wireless Telephone Bill – DePaul 2013
