Confers with the internal and external auditors, other state agencies, general public, employers, employees and vendors to obtain information to answer questions on more complex matters
Monitors cash balances for Federal Funds daily. Verifies calculations to balance receipts of expenditures to revenues for accuracy in providing spreadsheets to Fiscal Director and Accountant Manager I for reporting to Federal and State authorities; the status and update on the fund balances daily.

Assist in the developing of new accounting techniques and implementation of sub-accounting systems designed through Microsoft Excel software and provide guidelines and applications for its use for preparation of reports for the Accountant Supervisor 1 and Accountant Manager 1. Identify problems and make suggestions to management concerning matters that will improve efficiency, which may also involve change in procedures.
Identify corrections/adjustments to transactions needed to the Federal Accounts. Bank deposits of Agency collections, classifying funds to appropriate grant in the ISIS System and reconciliation of bank statements to Agency and fund accounts
