A small specialized company that serves the food industry, with specialty
containers with a wide variety of sizes and colors, using a unique
manufacturing process called blow molding.
- Peak season 24 hr. operation 7 days a week
- Since May 2015, scrap rate reduction from 15% to latest numbers of 1%
- Efficiency went from 55 - 60% to a respectable 80% - 85%
- Implemented manufacture structure from word of mouth to procedural
manufacturing system

Unique company specializing in the machining of Safety critical automotive
parts. Highly automated, Fanuc robots, transfer lines, dial machining
cells, and CNC machining. The plant also assembled components with
automated assembly lines. Three shift operation. Built the Petit St. Plant
up that was headed south and then transferred over to the Dove St. Plant.
(New facility start up at the Dove St. Plant in 2005)

die casted steering wheel frames. Three plants with a three-shift
operation that specialized in the Toyota Production System and Lean
Manufacturing. Plant relocated to Reynosa, Mexico. Was offered a
relocation package to relocate with them, but declined.
- Oversee production in the steering wheel, clockspring, air bag,
injection molding and die casting
departments. (Three facilities)
- Oversee the Tool Room, Maintenance, and all support groups of the
production support staff.
- Oversee all janitorial operations of all 3 plants.
- Oversee all out side ground operations and security.
- Coordinator of C.I.T. (Continuous Improvement Team)
- Launched TPM program. (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Actively involved and assisted on implementing Kan Ban, 5S, TPM, Kaizen,
