T.J.Maxx is an off-price retail store for apparel and other items such as home decor. As an associate I am responsible for taking care of customer purchases and returns. In addition, I am also responsible for handling sensitive information such as customer credit cards, license numbers, and addresses. I also work on the sales floor helping customers find items across the store and organizing merchandise. My years working for T.J.Maxx have given me great customer service and problem solving skills.

The Shoreline Center was a mental health and wellness office that worked with anyone who needed mental health assistance. As the administrative assistant, I took phone calls, answered/sent emails, made appointments, and reminded clients about appointments. I also was in charge of case management, which entails making sure clients have a way to and from appointments, helping with paperwork for insurance or state aid, and drawing up resumes and other important paperwork for clients and clinicians. I have experience working with insurance companies as a result of my work for the Shoreline Center. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and I pick up computer software quickly. In my year working for this company I learned important communication skills as well as problem solving skills.
