Implemented stronger controls in the Front End and Receiving departments to slash shrink to below budgeted levels, from an initial level of .025% of sales to 0.15%; additionally, navigated total annual sales from $93MM to $114MM in two years, averaging 105% of sales targets and 108% of profit goals.

Year after year, ranked first in the Western region for sales volume and profit contributions, with the highest average dollars-per-transaction.

Successfully managed department operations to pass internal audits, with audit scores improving from 75% to 82% in all assigned departments.
