- Provided the space planning of our company office and 12,000+ square foot classroom/computer training facility. Marketed and invoiced room rentals to outside organizations. Scheduled classroom space (and setup rooms) for about 2,600 of our classes per year.
- Registration Administrator: Implemented a computer-based student registration program that allowed for rapid expansion of enrollments and lower processing costs. Provided data conversion services, database management, report writing, and PC technical support. Helped design and debug online registration software with vendor. Web site administrator. Liaison with providers of online classes.
- Publications: Responsible for all pre-press activities for class catalogs (48 to 56 pages). BUILDING MANAGER
- Supervised and administered on-site property management operations associated with multi-site commercial mid-rises (approximately 240,000 Sq. Ft.).
