Managed all high stakes certification review and education courseware product development; Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP,) the Principles series, SCOR-P, M4SC, Lean Enterprise Workshop Series, Train the Trainer (TTT), Learning Dynamics for Instructors (LDI), and Applied In- structor Skills (AIS), including working with external contractors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and internal teams; monitoring project plans, bringing updates and courseware creation in on-time and within budget. Successfully project managed six consecutive years of CPIM and CSCP certification review courseware releases

(2009–2014), including three major courseware rewrites and redesigns based on job task analysis (JTAs), by creating new project processes and successfully implementing them during my tenure. The releases were delivered on time, within project scope and budgets, and increased the exam pass rates within the allowed industry standard each year. Implemented a complete online learning component to the CPIM certification review courseware and the Principles series education courseware utilizing Articulate Storyline E-Learning authoring software. Managed teams across IT and design to create robust interactive e-learning educational content that included timed and untimed practice exams, review quizzes, vocabulary glossaries, flashcards, and auxiliary learning tools. Successfully project managed the development and content rewrites of the Train the Trainer and Learning Dynamics for Instructors as well as the creation of Applied Instructor Skills instructor training materials by working with instruc- tional designers, SMEs, instructors and staff members in professional development and editorial. These highly inter- active multi-part courses provided successful and workable methodologies applicable to any teachable subject, and increased the exam pass rates for certificate holding instructors. I hold certificates in both TTT and LDI. Monitored all projects, budgets, and sales on a weekly and monthly basis, reporting to Sr. Director and EVP on actu- al sales to budget, including channel and regional sales and trends, reviewing and reporting on overall trends, work- ing with Marketing, Channel Services and Corporate Services to grow sales in all Professional Development course- ware product lines. Presented briefs for new and renewing projects to board and committee members as well as executive team and all project stakeholders on bi-weekly and a as-needed basis when nearing release and imple- mentation.
