Managed all high stakes certification review and education courseware product development; Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP,) the Principles series, SCOR-P, M4SC, Lean Enterprise Workshop Series, Train the Trainer (TTT), Learning Dynamics for Instructors (LDI), and Applied In- structor Skills (AIS), including working with external contractors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and internal teams; monitoring project plans, bringing updates and courseware creation in on-time and within budget. Implemented a complete online learning component to the CPIM certification review courseware and the Principles series education courseware utilizing Articulate Storyline E-Learning authoring software. Managed teams across IT and design to create robust interactive e-learning educational content that included timed and untimed practice exams, review quizzes, vocabulary glossaries, flashcards, and auxiliary learning tools. Successfully project managed the development and content rewrites of the Train the Trainer and Learning Dynamics for Instructors as well as the creation of Applied Instructor Skills instructor training materials by working with instruc- tional designers, SMEs, instructors and staff members in professional development and editorial. These highly inter- active multi-part courses provided successful and workable methodologies applicable to any teachable subject, and increased the exam pass rates for certificate holding instructors. I hold certificates in both TTT and LDI.
