• BARRICK GOLD PVDC, SANTO DOMINGO, DM (2014-2015): A 4-phased approach with 8 projects which generated $263M; increased equipment productivity such as flow rates Tonnes per operating hour (TPOH), drill rates, holes filled, dig rates, Ton- kilometers (TKM), by managing standards, improving scheduling, and coordinating across various departments.

• PRIME THERAPEUTICS, MINNESOTA, US (2014): In 5 month timeframe, designed and implemented a resource planning tool which allowed the company to adjust resource levels based on volume fluctuation delivering an immediate saving of 3.8M.

• POTASH PCS-PHOSPHATE DIVISION, NORTH CAROLINA, US (2012): Achieved $48M annualized value by reducing supplier costs, eliminating maintenance staff by 25%, and increasing ore throughput via centralized processes.
