• PRIME THERAPEUTICS, MINNESOTA, US (2014): In 5 month timeframe, designed and implemented a resource planning tool which allowed the company to adjust resource levels based on volume fluctuation delivering an immediate saving of 3.8M.
• POTASH PCS-PHOSPHATE DIVISION, NORTH CAROLINA, US (2012): Achieved $48M annualized value by reducing supplier costs, eliminating maintenance staff by 25%, and increasing ore throughput via centralized processes.
