Implemented heat recovery system that saved $80K in energy costs. Designed, manufactured and installed heat recovery systems for brazing furnace. Recovered $80K at a cost of $32K.

Increased brazing furnace output by 30%. Modified furnace heating zones to improve productivity. For $315K, secured an additional $205K in annual cash flow over and above the cost.

Secured $185K to fund critical project. Project was stalled due to cash. Negotiated with bankers for short-term funding. Cash infusion enabled faster project completion, and lowered project cost by $28K.

Improved productivity by 35%. Fabrication shop was slower than expected. Investigated new welding techniques and implemented new technology. Improved production and gained $90K in additional revenue.

Boosted production by 300%. Filler neck component production was 1000/Day. Improved tooling and automation. Achieved production rate of 3000/Day, a dramatic increase in product for filling orders.

Lowered tool design time by 25%. Average design time for tooling was 20 days. Defined the new standards and unified the design systems. Implemented self-designed process, and significantly lowered design time.

Increased cutting tool life by 50%. Failure of cutting tools in ring shop was lowering production. Personally designed new cutting tool for Ring Shop. Saved $50K in expense costs and boosted production to standards.
