MANAGEMENT / FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Served as the Joint Rotary Wing Program Manager and Aviation Safety Manager Advisor, for all U.S. Embassy Army Aviation and Centro Administrativo Nacional (CAN) in support of 147 helicopters and implementing cost effective programs and training, valued over $47 million dollars.
Co-developing, implementing and managing for 10+ year’s Safety, Environmental and Occupational Health Programs in key U.S. Army Aviation/Ground organizations and international organizations, obtaining recognition for managing the best Safety Program within several of the organizations.
Provided financial management support for the Government Credit Card Program in multiple Counter Narcotic and Medical Relieve operations to assist aircrews with aircraft fuel, lodging, meals, and other financial matters.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Advised Colombian Airforce (COLAF) in developing and implementing a Safety policy and program that demonstrated and enforced safety goals, objectives and priorities that enhanced their unit’s operational safety practices. Wrote, created and implemented a Safety Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) providing guidance and assistance in the event of any incident, accident or mishap involving US aircraft at the school and to improve practices within their program.
Instructed U.S. Army and Foreign allies (Colombia, Mexico and Dominican Republic) in an Advanced Qualification Course (AQC) for the UH-60/S-70 Helicopter in Spanish, achieving a 100% graduation rate.
Developed and conducted monthly, quarterly and yearly training in various areas of Safety, Environmental, Occupational Health, Force Protection and personnel recovery requirements and training. Identified potential Occupational Health hazards and ordered cost effective equipment (valued over $250,000) to assist eliminate or control the hazard.
