CAREER OVERVIEW

IT Projects and Services Delivery Manager with 15+ years of total IT experience, varies in aviation, health-care, education, and public sector departments, in managing clients of various sizes in both Egypt and the UAE. CAREER PROGRESSION

Projects and Services Delivery Manager, Principle Oracle Applications Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Planning for projects’ scope with technical teams by conducting requirements gathering sessions and CRP sessions, performing documents analysis, and estimating time and resources needed using buffering and critical paths techniques to avoid schedule overrun.

2.Working with different teams to design and configure Oracle HCM solutions according to business requirements, prepare test scripts and conduct UAT sessions .

3.Estimating cost for projects and services including hardware, software, licenses, subscriptions, and human resources taking into account historical data and quotations.

4.Working with constraints and trade offs such as scope, quality and duration.
