Job Responsibilities:

Full Involvement in commissioning of Line-2 Raw mill(VRM),Coal mill(VRM) and Cement mill(Roller press).

Responsible for Operation of Kiln,Raw mill, Coal mill & Cement Mill.

Process measurements and optimizing analysis.

Responsible for brick lining activities during Plant Shutdown.

Daily making of production report,power report and stoppages reports.

Maintaining Quality of Product (Cement).

Performance Monitoring of Bag filters across the Plant.

Responsible for Quality Assurance, Production Control, training, process improvements.

Responsible for “Optimization of Raw mill section”.

Regular monitoring of false air analysis across Pre-Clinkerisation, all process fans flow measurement & efficiency analysis.

Circuit Sampling.

Flow Measurements with “Pitot Tube & Anemometer.”

Gap Adjustment and Chute adjustment in Roller Press.

Bag Filter & Bag House maintenance.

Daily monitoring of Ball mill inlet and outlet Blaine.

Draft measurement in entire cement plant.

Gas measurement in smoke chamber (kiln inlet) and pre-heater fan duct
