Custom Software Development: Managed all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for multiple custom software development projects for Merrill Lynch Commercial Banking Units.
Results: Delivered industry leading commercial lending software, thus saving clients millions of dollars in processing commercial loans, by reducing the time it takes to analyze and approve the lending documents.
Mergers and Acquisitions: Project team lead responsible for the $16B Mergers and Acquisitions portfolio of Merrill Lynch Capital. Coordinated project efforts with teams from GE Capital and Merrill Lynch Capital to ensure a seamless migration of clients’ portfolios and data integrity.
Results: This project was successfully completed within 7 months of an 18 month plan.
System Integration/Migration: Project-managed successful large-scale initiatives involving the transition of programs to new platforms and the merger of disparate systems from legacy Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management to Bank of America.
Results: Achieved seamless migrations and integrations that were transparent to clients and business users. This was accomplished with no unscheduled downtime and well within projected time frame.
