n Developed software to interface with DragLabs hardware internet radio platform for underground music using Java, Node.js, and Android.

n Worked with professor to adapt his ARBitrator software pipeline for finding genes other than nifH. This software analyzed the BOLD database and extracts nucleotide sequences for several phyla. Then GenBank is queried to hit COI records which are then filtered to remove false positives. This creates a set of positive Metazoa.
