As a Release Manager in the Retirement domain, I worked on the projects related to Hewitt’s legacy Benefits Administration platform – Total Benefits Administration (TBA) - catering to 250+ clients with 9.5 million users, Cloud based Applications (Your Benefits Resource TM and UPoint), Desktop Application (TBA GUI), Mobile applications and Printed Account Statements

(PCS). My role involved:

● Managing end to end projects using Agile Methodology – architecture, design, development and testing - to ensure a quality product offering to the clients.

● Coaching the team on various Agile principles, methodologies and best practices.

● Working with different stakeholders and analysing functional and nonfunctional requirements, translating them into agile user stories for the development teams.

● Project Planning and Scheduling.

● Conducting various Agile ceremonies – Daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint retrospectives and Sprint Reviews/Demos.

● Preparing Burn Down charts for the project status throughout the project cycle.

● Project planning, analyzing impact and risk management.

● Collaborate with product owners, business representatives and developers to design test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

● Prepare project estimations.
