Working as a staff nurse 5 years experiences in cardiac centre of malaysia. Delivery in medical and surgical nursing care that’s include preparing patient on going for angiogram and surgery, wound dressing and care, management for heart failure patient, tube feeding and care for a bedridden patient, glucose and blood pressure monitoring. Assess, plan, document and provide nursing care plan based on their needs.

Provide hand on patient wound care and educated patient and family on appropriate actions

Assess patient for pain management

Monitor patient changes and inform to doctor

Communicate effectively on patients, nurses, doctor, caregiver and family.

Administer minor procedure such insertion of IV line and prepare all medication as prescribed by following 7R.

Handle emergency situation as per policy with dignity, competency,and care while ensuring both physical and physiological needs of the patient.
