Engineering Manager

Successfully managed a team of ten (10) Engineers with sole responsibility for planning, organizing, leading, mentoring, training and development which resulted in 20% increase in On-Time Delivery of jobs.

Effectively reduced the recurring over budget issue in the department by 30% in the first year and was 5% and 7% under budget in the 2nd and 3rd year.

Stabilized Precision Quincy Industries Shelters product line after acquisition from Precision Quincy. Ensuing break even in cost in the 1st year and consistently achieving the estimated gross margin in the 2nd and 3rd years.
