Reference Letter for Mr. Yuanhang Zhang

Dear Sir or Madam,

I knew Mr. Zhang by chance. During the communication for nearly two years, I find he has the essential high quality in the financial industry, especially in investment.

1. He has inborn abilities of risk perception and weighing of risks and rewards. Specifically speaking, whether money or life, he considers potential risks as an important part of considerations, including the decision to apply to your firm. Moreover, he can choose to bear acceptable risks. The premise of this behavior is in most cases he can measure possible risk factors he will face and the degree of risks.

2. He can properly control the cash flow as well. There is one thing impressing me remarkably. This year I recommended him to play the Cash Flow 2.0, which was invented by Robert Toru Kiyosaki. Because managing the cash flow and being familiar with finance statements will contribute to improving financial situation and real operation of oneself and the institution he serves. According to my years of experience of managing the financial institutions and investing and financing in the primary market, the quality of improving cash flow and finance is deficient in financial institutions in general. However, Mr. Zhang has this ability. In addition, he obeyed the rule during the game. He had to win three times in a row. If he lost once, he would have to win another two times.

3. He can make profits from market. Both you and I, a professional who understands the financial industry and a Chief Investment Officer at a hedge fund in Wall Street, know the candidate who has the ability to make profits is very scarce in the world.

4. His mind is open, and he is willing to study. During the communication, I recommended some books to him, involving financial theory and risk management, including Market Risk, Operational Risk, Liquidity Risk, Credit Risk, Compliance Risk, Systematic Risk, etc. And he is proficient in using @Risk and Crystal ball, which are two tools for risk management. This means he not only has mastered some methods of evaluating financial risks, like the application of statistical distribution and Monte Carlo methods, but also can be qualified in risk management in financial institutions.

Joining your firm can bring Mr. Zhang broader and in-depth financial knowledge and will be helpful for his successful career. I recommend him without reservation. Based on my years of practical experience, you couldn’t miss him.

Best wishes,

Jing An
