Facilitated the Texas adoption of Professional Employer Organization (PEO) rules project. Creating new endorsement and cancellation forms, and expiring obsolete forms.
Deployed the Texas adoption of NCCI statistical reporting manual project. Replaced Texas department of insurance statistical reporting plan, with a newer NCCI statistical reporting plan requiring logic changes and the creation of six new data tables.
Implemented the Zero deposit billing project. Eliminated the 15% deposit requirement for a newly issued and renewed policy allowing for faster commission pay to agent.
Led the agent communication enhancement project. Enhanced the underwriting computer system to auto generate an expiration communication document when a client policy does not renew.
Facilitated the NCCI policy data changes project.
Implemented all agents to transaction based commission project. Changed the current 5 tier commission plan to the industry standard transactional based commission plan allowing all agents to received commission payments based on per transaction.
