This encompassed nearly 250 packages for the project. Capital equipment included large skids, water systems, bio-reactors, cooling towers, as well as smaller items such as instruments required for the project. With the exception of a few packages, all arrived early or just in time for the construction of a large facility being built by Eli Lilly in Ireland. This also included the sea and truck shipments and account receivables verification prior to close outs. I also facilitated the maintenance of the Access data base which provided the client with detailed weekly reports on the delivery, shipment, and delivery of the project.

Responsible for the procurement cycle cradle to grave of Capital equipment acquisitions, including account receivable verification prior to close outs.

Project Procurement Manager responsible for development and execution of project templates, point of contact for resolving procurement, scheduling, and expediting problems. Purchasing agent responsible for a $2MM spend pool cradle to grave that included 20 capital equipment orders and 15 instrument orders. Realized a cost savings of $.5MM on the project. Facilitator of construction field procurement as needed, which included processing invoices, expediting documents for TOP, and completed close out of purchase orders.

Amgen Inc., LCWWF, Boulder, CO. Project Procurement Manager responsible for development and execution of project procurement templates, strong participant in Interactive Planning Sessions, coordinated efforts with CH2M Hill Engineering to complete scheduling activities, working as a team to resolve procurement, scheduling, and expediting problems. Completed sourcing plan, initiated procurement documents and facilitated through the legal department, and estimated procurement labor hours. Issued Requests for Quote for capital before project was shelved for one year for construction to catch up with the Waste Water Facility.

Issued twenty (20) large capital equipment and twenty-one (21) instrument purchase orders. followed up with expediting orders to construction site, interfacing with vendors, processing invoices for payment, and completing close-out of purchase orders.

Sanofi pasteur. Expeditor responsible for liaison work for the Philadelphia office to expedite and maintain procurement database of conversations relating to Instrument packages for Sanofi pasteur, including receiving and Turn Over Packages.
