Manages all aspects of event planning and execution for UC San Diego Health. Directs, executes and analyzes a complex annual calendar of events for UC San Diego Health to enhance and promote corporate, consumer and community awareness. Coordinates with the office of the Chief Executive Officer, Marketing Managers, Physician Leaders, Administrators and other key staff to develop internal and external events to meet the needs of the organization. Responsible for providing turn-key event planning services for all aspects of events including approvals, protocols, budgets and monitoring of all efforts to determine effectiveness as well as serves as a resources for the organization for general event planning issues.
