I am goal orientated, hardworking and a team player with a sound academic and working experience acquired overtime in both academic and professional environment in varying fields dealing with customer service at different levels with my main focus meeting and exceeding customer expectations and organization objectives of service and results. I possesses exceptionally independent attitude that can be incorporated to team effort through my well groomed interpersonal expertise, ability to think out of the box, sound communication, and execution skills. I don’t take challenges as problems that result in catastrophe but see them as an opportunity to bring about innovations that will have desirable results. Likewise Adam is a past President of SIFE UJ(2007) (Student in Free Enterprise), whom was the only one nominated to represent the entire University of Johannesburg Team SIFE at the World Cup in New York City in 2007(HSBC Financial literacy program). Also, significantly Adam he is an active and yet enthusiastic individual with recognised leadership skills.

Briefly, I am diligent individual, with high levels of integrity and business ethics. I am also a resourceful and highly respected and liked by my students peers, while enjoying my mature professional relationships with my senior academics. My innate charm and keen interest in others, particularly those less fortunate, make me a popular choice for volunteer teams. Through, the experience attain at SIFE I have demonstrated my sophisticated soft skills in conflict situations, drafting of presentations, draft reports and budgets, liaising with peers as well as members of the business community, mentoring peers, managing time effectively and organizing events.

I have shown true leadership in my role as a President and leader of the only SIFE SA team that was sponsored by USAID (whom was extremely satisfied with the impact my team had in our entrepreneurial and community developmental work through our Soweto Business Initiative). My team also won the Harmony Gold Mining Municipal IDP Challenge in 2007. In addition, to this Adam has coordinated the Entrepreneurship student in 2008 who conducted Research in Soweto under the leadership of Prof Bbenkele. In addition to the above Adam has an enormous experience of retail sector which he has acquired from Edgar’s East gate as Cell phone Specialists in a high risk department.
