Step 1: Review of the drawing.

Making general assembly drawings with help of Quotations & Work order if anything found beyond the standards for that job it is listed down and communicated with the Design Engineer or Engineer to clarify and make necessary changes in the drawings.

Step 2: Structure designing.

As per the drawings we make the structure details of valve as per standards Jobs and then we make lists of assembly parts as required for the jobs and then give to the Machining for drilling and finishing of parts. And then we have to Paint shade etc.
