Technical Skills:
1.Knowledge of various paint application system like liquid paint application (1K, 2K, metallic, PU, Epoxy, Two Coat & Three Coat System, Wet on Wet application system)
2.Knowledge of high performance coating as zinc silicate, zinc rich, and high build epoxies for high corrosion resistance.
3.Handle all types of quality testing of Industrial paints like- DFT Test, Drying schedule, Hardness Parameter, Scratch/Pencil Hardness Test, Adhesion Test, Gloss Unit, QUV, SST, Vol. Solid, Viscosity, Flexibility, and Mixing Ratio etc. Conducting all test as per customer’s requirement.
4.Knowledge of all type of Industrial coatings like PU topcoat and primer, Epoxy top coat and primer, Stoving paint, QD paint and primer, Enamel paint and primers etc.
