Working with management to bring proper documents to court for official ruling from appointed judge. Dealing with very sensitive material and situations with to resolve any and all matters. Arrival at the Office/Shop everyday prompt. Position – Site Supervisor: (Certified Mitigation Specialist)Of Fire, Water, And Mold: On call 24-7 for emergency water losses in homes, and businesses. Duties include: Over seeing a crew of at least 5 to 10 people. Instructing, teaching, guiding that particular job’s crew and presenting their daily duties. Arrival on most jobs to scope all the issues at hand. Review with customer as to what work would be performed. Documents and paperwork by customer must be finalized and reviewed. (Use of Thermo hygrometers, moisture sensor, Dehumidifiers, Industrial blowers and other “trade” equipment, Sketch paper to accurately pencil and draw the properties of structure. Quite knowledgeable in a variety of advanced mitigation specialties. Such as Mold, Fire, Water damaged building, homes, structures. Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at every job no matter the conditions. Containment Zones set up.(example) Fire damaged materials had to have proper disposal.
