Duties include activities for daily living, medication administration (oral and injectable) as prescribed and required, monitor, record and evaluate vital signs/symptoms, applied emergency assistance/procedures accurately as needed, assistance with Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy, breathing treatments, first aid, dietary/nutrition assistance, wound care, experienced with PEG tube feeding and care, feeding pump, responsible all insurance issues, scheduling and transportation to medical appointments, followed Physician and Registered Nurse instructions fully and accurately per each patient.
