Lead Officer
Duties are as followed: Open front desk reception area, communicate often with Kastle System to ensure that building fire panels and doors are secure and safe, deliver morning newspapers to designated suites, patrol parking garage levels P1, P2, & P3, (6) stairwells, (2) fire exits and (1) side door entrance, meet, greet, and assist all staff, couriers, and visitors. Obtain all visitor and courier ID cards and record data onto excel spreadsheet, monitor CCTV camera daily, submit a Daily Activity Report (DAR) to the building managers and assist the Chief Engineer as needed. Prepared and overlooked time sheets that are submitted at the end of the pay period to ensure that hours are correct and are sent to the general manager.

Duties consist of the observation of three man buildings: Command Center where I watch various cameras and acknowledge alarms that are set off in our Library and Main House. At the main house duties are to answer the telephone, assisting the public as needed, assisting staff as needed, watching the priceless artifacts that are located within the Main House. The Library where there are priceless books all staff members must scan there cards to insure that we know who is there in the facility at all times, fellows, readers and docents bags are checked every time when exiting the library. Readers check their bags into lockers because readers are not allowed to bring food or large bags into the library when they are researching.
