Performance Milestones

At Placer Dome America, designed and managed HR strategy surrounding a large growth opportunity in a community under employment shortage and housing availability pressures. Developed a recruiting program to staff up 150+ technical and operating employees over 12 months.

Managed benefit and pension cost reductions resulting in an annual plan savings in excess of $500,000 USD/year.

Teamed to develop the divisional growth plan to optimize mine productivity, labor and logistics activities to increase yield per ton.
