•Design in Electrical Engineering Practices, to work in supervision and construction, commissioning, and start-up for petrochemical crude oil process plants locations, work experience in electrical power generation, as well building facilities for utilities.

•QA/QC for documents and studies for conceptual, basic and detail engineering.

•Knowledgeable on American and International standards and codes.

•Good technical writing and high comprehension on electro/automation and mechanical equipment.

•Very good communications with team workers to meet the end of project successfully.

•Able to work in electrical and instrumentation engineering cost estimated.

•Language: English and Spanish.

•Software experiences: Microsoft Open Office (Word™, Excel™, PowerPoint™, Access™), Microsoft Visual Basic; Ability to read AutoCAD.

SINOVENSA/PDVSA(Venezuela), (August 15 2002- 30 May 2015) Current position: Retired: Senior Electrical Engineer

Assigned as Senior Electrical Engineer for up grade and down grade Electrical Engineering installations.

•Sinovensa as Consultant Engineer Electrical Supervisor worked in Technical Bid proposal to develop EPCs for two process Orimulsion plants up and down stream facilities. Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.

•PDVSA (05 January 15 1999) as auditor Engineer Instrumentation Supervisor worked in

A Technical evaluation for a flow station in Jusepin Rusio Viejo Plant Built by Total for PDVSA. To establish if the engineering value study was considered to be in the order of investment (cost), functionally, Operability, Maintenance and Environment Impact for the whole plant construction/operation.

•Conoco/Phillips (November 22 2000) as Construction Supervisor. Assistant to the superintendent of electrical instrumentation and control.

•PDVSA (March 15 1997) Power Grid System EPC as project manager for 52 power transmissions and distribution sub-stations 115 Kv, 69 Kv, 34.5 Kv and 13.8 Kv, plus over 1.000 kms of power lines for the Orinoco belt heavy crude development project, SEO Project.

•VEPICA (Aug.1978 Mar.1996}Consultant Engineering firm as ICATsupervisor worked in:Design in the U/G distribution System,design of MV & LV SWGR/MCC for a Re-Vamp of Mobil El Palito Refinery, EPC for 2 NGL Cryogenic Process Plant in Jose for PDVSA, worked in Electrical & ICAT power for all Utilities. Amuay Refinery As Advisor Engineer participate in the preparation for a new NGL Westinghouse 20 MG Power plant, Replacement of 5 natural gas turbo generators by NGL,Up Date the whole Ground & Lightning System of 6 distribution substations; work in the Lamas Maracaibo Lake for LAGOVEN they ware 4 Process Platforms for the exploitation of Sulfinol crude Oil, (Brown Roots) plus 2 process barge.

•Pillar C. Milwaukee WI (Nov.1975- Mar.1977) As a Field Engineer worked in Service & Maintenance Dept. For the Solid State Power Supply for Induction Heating Equipment, EIC areas as well R&D Department.

•Tocco Div Park Ohio Industry MI (Aug.1873-Oct.1975) As Field Engineer worked in Service & Maintenance Dpt. For Motors Generators from 30-200 Kw,for Induction Heating Equipment and Mechanical and automation for different machines, convert a Analogist 800 AB into a Logic control with a a Modicon PLC.
