Provide direction and leadership with Purchasing and Distribution for fast casual culinary inspired sub sandwich restaurant group moving from 36 to 43 restaurants with responsibilities for all food, paper and cleaning purchases, distribution center relationships and Franchise and Corporate Store Operator relationships.
