The main purpose of this position was to coach and develop a team of collectors to offer financial solutions to homeowners. My responsibilities were to use the tools that were provided such as formal training, monitoring and giving feedback on calls to drive the success of the business. My objective was to mesh the collection world with the sales world to ensure that we were collecting money and selling customers on the value of keeping their homes in order to reach company goals.

The main purpose of the position is to supervise and train the retention staff of 5 supervisor’s and 70 agents to successfully reduce delinquency levels on loans with a delinquent status of 90-180 days for the portfolio. As a supervisor, I also monitor assigned queue and mitigating loss through collection and special servicing programs. Our goal is to make great business decisions that affect whether or not people will keep their homes. My objective is to ensure this is done while maximizing profit, operating within framework while being creative in today’s environment. The purpose of transitioning to the 30-60 portfolios is to control delinquency preventing a majority of loans rolling 90 day and further delinquent. Taking on a new portfolio from MetLife is the department main focus by placing good sound strategies controlling loans to be further delinquent. My team currently is working FHA, USDA, Fannie Mae, & Chase loans providing resolutions to bring the loan current that include work out options repay plan, mod, short sale or Deed In Lieu, Champ ( Chase modification), Hamp (Obama government modifiacations), Foreclosure loans and Bankruptcy loans.

The main purpose of this position was to oversee 60 customer service agents 5 leads and 5 Supervisors as we worked to ensure satisfaction with the Apple phone and services. My duties included interviewing and hiring to maintain staff levels, scheduling to ensure coverage, oversight of team management for coaching and development, and termination of temporary employees if and when necessary. I worked with placement service to set parameters for placement of temporary employees. While managing my group I held 2-3 daily meetings to assess, plan and reassess objectives to ensure our location was within Apple guidelines. Hosted other Apple management staff from around the country and feeding on their ideas to improve the overall performance of my teams. I remained in tune with CSAT (customer satisfaction) levels by periodically attending team meetings, working with the QA department, monitoring calls and learning the tasks performed by the Workforce Department.

The main purpose of this position was to learn how the company wanted each situation managed. In a lead collector role I handled all managerial functions including operating a predictive dialer, reporting, managing teams in the absence of the manager, escalated calls and completing support functions. I was responsible for communicating and completion of modifications, extension and voluntary repossessions to administration department. I was responsible for review and work in collector’s queues.

The main purpose of this position was to manage a group of 14+ collection representatives to meet company goals through training, coaching/developing, follow-up and re-direction. I managed teams in areas from EPD (Early Payment Default) through reinstatement. Was realigned to manage high receivable as well as discontinuing portfolios ranging from 90-240million. My teams ‘responsibilities ranged from communication with customer and dealerships because of straw purchase requiring buybacks to repayment plans on repossessed vehicles. I was challenged to bring the same level of success. In doing so, I managed loss mitigation team in multi-line portfolio group. Specialization in amendments, modifications, re-payment plans and resale plans. I thrived on training to give me insight on my job functions as well as those of other departments that directly affected my team.
