Lead Application Developer 2013 – July 2017

Handles analysis of program requests and provides system requirements for project development. Responsible for the ETL development and maintenance of processes that load the daily and monthly data warehouse tables, and loading of data into the BI tool Hyperion Essbase.

•Provides 24x7 production support on critical daily and monthly processes. For many years this included rotating night and holiday on-call, as well as monitoring cycle run times and implementing data fixes as needed, based on internal and external data monitoring processes. For the past year and a half, sole support for nightly and monthly cycles ensuring all nightly processes run successfully and quality reports and data is available at the beginning of the business day.

•Assisted with conversion from the Pervasive Data Junction Process system and Embarcadero scheduling system to an Integration Services (SSIS). Over 300 processes were successfully converted and implemented with minimal disruption to the daily and monthly processing cycles.

•Worked on the successful conversion to a new application system. Designed, tested and implemented the extraction, transformation and load to the data warehouse.

•Responds to business needs on a daily basis and valued for finding balancing differences quickly and resolving issues for the Finance Department.

•Shown leadership in managing mandatory state reports, compliance reporting and audits. In the first quarter of the year 75 data requests were completed and balanced to financials while maintaining data quality loads to the company data warehouse.
