Description : Beverages based on fruit or milk products are currently receiving considerable attention as their market potential is growing . whey beverages are suitable for wide range of consumers from children to the oldest one. They have very high nutrient value and good therapeutic characteristics. Whey based papaya beverage prepared by using pregelatinized starch as a thickner which gives good mouth feel.
