This project is executed in Agile model with multiple teams involved in a Scaled Agile Framework.

Responsibilities:

My Responsibilities include drafting Features, User Stories, Refinement, Working with Product Owners and Business Users, Making mockups/Illustrations, User Guides, Working with UX teams, Assuming Scrum Master Role, Coordination with Offshore team and Leading an Offshore Business Analyst. RX Commissions deals with remuneration Commission (Commission to Agents). The applications within RX managed the Commission schedules, Payments, Terminations on Life and Annuity Products.

Unit Linked Strategic Operations handled the Pricing Rules Engine (PRE) where the funds are being forward priced based on a set of rules pre-defined per the fund type on Life and Annuity Products. Customer Fund management (CFM) was another major enhancement within this project.
