The company is formed under the Construction Industries Training Institute (CITI) and approved by Ministry of Manpower of Singapore Building Construction Academy (BCA) and Bureau of Manpower and Training in Bangladesh Government. It is a multinational organization with 300 over employees from Bangladesh to provide proper training to 2000 over workers on various construction trades each month. The company takes part to mobilize the workers to Singapore, Gulf and Libya after the achieve Skill Evaluation Certificate (K) after conducting a trade test by the BCA of Singapore.
As an Adviser my responsibilities are as follows:
Monitor 3 modern training centers all operational activities. Arrange foreign companies for mobilize workers to abroad. 3) Virsagi Management (BD) Pvt. Ltd

Virsagi, is a Management Consultancy, was incorporated. It’s main area of expertise was in the training of construction workers. Virsagi, a training center in Singapore that trained workers in construction skills. It is an Overseas Test Center (OTC) in India and two in Dhaka, Bangladesh. These OTCs train workers in their source countries for the Singapore market. Where Viragi’s 2 centers in Dhaka offered skills training in Construction traders, were ably supported by about 170 Instructional and Management Staff responsible for the professional and quality training given to the thousands of trainees that enrolled in the centers. As a Senior Manager my responsibilities are as follows: Design training plan for 1000 trainees for each month. Control material uses, trainees accommodation, food quality, proper training, training quality with high passing rate, trainees welfare and correspondence with employer for job placement. 4) Apollo Hospitals, Dhaka.
