Total Facilities Maintenance responsibility for the 300 George St. facility (560,000 sq. ft. with over 300,000 sq. ft. of BL2 labs and offices for Yale University and other private and publically traded companies), 135 College St. facility (80,000 sq. ft.) and 2 Church Street South (75,000 sq. ft. occupied by Physicians and Yale clinics), 100 College St. facility (440,000 sq. ft.) as it relates to Building Maintenance and respective programs, including equipment, electrical controls, central systems, utility metering, computers, and cleaning supervision. Direct and coordinate Building activities with contractors to ensure Tenants are informed and minimally impacted.
